1. Reservations
may be made online using PayPal, via email or fax filling out
and returning a signed charge authorization form.
2. Refunds will
be granted in the following manner:
Day tours:
- up to 7 days prior: 100% refund
- up to 48 hours prior: 50% refund
- after 48 hours refund will not be granted unless
weather
conditions are deemed unsafe.
Multi-day Tours:
- up to 45 days prior: 100% refund
- up to 30 days prior: 50% refund
- less than 30 days prior: no refunds
Cancellation Policy
Lava Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to
acts of nature, trail conditions or unforeseen circumstances that would
hinder our ability to run a trip. If Lava Tours is unable to provide you
with another trip that is satisfactory, the price of the tour will be
refunded and shall constitute full settlement with you. Lava Tours is not
responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in
relation to a cancelled tour including costs incurred due to travel
delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and
any penalties associated with such tickets.
